Book a call and we'll kick things off. You share access to your site and the tools behind it, and the first week goes into learning your brand and finding the change worth the most. After that everything happens async.
Who actually does the work?+
One owner leads your account, and you talk to them directly. Design, copy, engineering, or a payments or compliance specialist come in on demand. You never manage a handoff.
What can we ask you for?+
Anything on the patient side or the team side: landing pages, intakes, lab ordering, checkouts, memberships, upsells, portals, admin dashboards, emails and new product launches. The only thing we leave out is ads.
How do we ask for changes?+
However's easiest: a message, a doc, a screenshot. Requests are unlimited and worked in your order. We answer within 24 hours, and you approve everything before it goes live.
How fast do things go live?+

Do we have to replace the platform we pay for?+

What about HIPAA and testosterone prescribing rules?+
We sign the HIPAA paperwork whenever you need it, and health answers and lab results never reach your ad or analytics tools. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so your doctors and your lawyer set the prescribing rules in each state, and we build to them. Labs and the doctor’s review stay ahead of every prescription.
Can our own developers take it over later?+
For sure. Nothing is locked to us. It's built on your accounts and your domain, and anyone you hire can pick it up.
Are there any refunds?+
Yes. If week one isn't working for you, you get 75% of your first month back. The other 25% covers the audit and setup we've already done.
Can we work with you for just a few months?+
